The first ESG report of Kodar Energomontaža d.o.o. for 2025 confirms our commitment to a more sustainable, safer, and responsible future. Through investments in renewable energy sources, a commitment to uncompromising employee safety, and adherence to the highest standards of business ethics, we directly contribute to the global energy transition and the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our strategy integrates ESG criteria into every engineering endeavor, charting a clear path toward achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment – 2025
EcoVadis assesses how successfully companies integrate sustainability principles into their business operations and management system, considering key ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors. In 2025, Kodar Energomontaža DOO achieved a score of 58 out of 100 points, affirming our commitment to sustainable development and socially responsible business. We are proud that our company ranks among the top 13% of all companies in the field of electrical, plumbing and other construction installation works evaluated by EcoVadis globally. This rating motivates us to continue to improve our processes and contribute to a sustainable future.

Kodar Energomontaža recognizes ESG principles (Environmental, Social, and Governance) as a key framework for responsible business conduct and sustainable growth. Aware of our role in developing infrastructure that has long-term impacts on society and the environment, we are committed to strengthening sustainable practices across all segments of our operations. At a time when climate change and pollution increasingly affect quality of life, we believe it is our responsibility to act proactively. Our vision is simple yet powerful – we aim to leave clean air in Serbia. We are dedicated to creating a sustainable environment for current and future generations through concrete measures that contribute to preserving air quality and community health. To objectively assess our ESG footprint and performance, we conducted a comprehensive self-evaluation that enabled us to identify key impacts, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Based on these insights, we defined clear guidelines for sustainable development. Today, we are proud to have achieved Kudos ESG Level 2, obtaining independent confirmation that our responsible business processes and practices meet high ESG standards.
