Lead foundation works for energy infrastructure projects in the Netherlands

Position Description

We are looking for a candidate responsible for planning, organizing, and managing civil works on projects involving the construction of foundations for energy infrastructure facilities in the Netherlands. The position includes daily site management, coordination of employees and resources, quality control of completed work, and monitoring the implementation of safety procedures and work standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating activities on site
  • Ensuring that all conditions for work execution are met before activities begin
  • Leading daily morning meetings with employees
  • Controlling the quality of completed works in accordance with project documentation
  • Monitoring the implementation of safety procedures and work standards
  • Making operational decisions to ensure smooth project execution
  • Cooperating with the investor, supervision team, and other project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in site management or managing civil works
  • Ability to organize a larger number of people and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Category B driving licence and active driving experience
  • Citizenship of one of the EU member states
