About the Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and overseeing the construction of large-scale solar power plants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating teams and construction activities on solar power plant sites
  • Managing construction schedules and ensuring a high standard of workmanship
  • Proposing and implementing technical solutions to improve project efficiency
  • Budget planning and cost estimation
  • Supervising and controlling all site activities in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards
  • Maintaining regular communication with the investor, reporting on project progress, and ensuring successful site handover without outstanding issues

Requirements

Given the scale and importance of our projects, we are looking for a highly qualified professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering solar power plants.

You should have:

  • A university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering
  • Proven experience in the construction of large-scale solar power plants. When applying, please specify the total MW capacity of the ground-mounted and rooftop solar power plants you have delivered
  • Proficiency in MS Office – required
  • A valid Category B driving licence and active driving experience – required
  • Basic knowledge of English – preferred
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Resourcefulness, initiative, and a proactive approach to independently solving problems
  • A high level of reliability and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work and travel internationally
