The fire that broke out on August 20, 2025, in the immediate vicinity of the Novo Selo Power Solar Plant, fueled by strong winds, affected part of the plant itself. Despite the significant damage, our team responded quickly and efficiently, restoring the solar plant to operation in just four weeks.
The fire damaged panels, structures, and auxiliary equipment. Following the official inspection by the authorities, we immediately visited the site and accurately assessed the extent of the damage. Through intensive work and coordination, we repaired six out of eight fields of the solar plant, enabling production at a capacity of 6 MW, which represents 75% of the total capacity. Undamaged panels were regrouped, tested, and put back into operation, while new equipment is expected to be installed in the remaining fields.
