At Kodar, the Site Manager plays a key role in the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy sources, power infrastructure and telecommunications – from the start of construction to the final phase and the handover of the facility to the investor.
This position combines technical expertise, leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and resources on site. The Site Manager is responsible for planning and monitoring construction activities, coordinating all participants involved on site, ensuring quality control and meeting project deadlines.
Together with project managers, site managers are vital to the successful implementation of each project – turning operational plans into completed facilities and installations that meet the highest professional standards.
