About us

Janko Berberović is the the Director of the Kodar company, with primary responsibility for legal affairs covering all key aspects of the business operations – from project contracting and implementation to ensuring legal compliance in both domestic and international environment.
He began his career in law practice and subsequently joined Politika Newspapers and Magazines d.o.o., where he advanced to the position of the General Secretary of the Directorate. After that, he returned to law practice until assuming a leadership role at Kodar.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and has passed the bar exam. He speaks English and French. His legal expertise and experience are essential for the secure and efficient execution of projects, as well as for safeguarding the company’s interests in complex legal frameworks.

Petronije Milovanović has been the Director of Sales at the Kodar company since 2022. With his team, he is responsible for all contracting activities, client relationship management, development of existing and opening of new markets – both domestic and international ones.
He joined the company in 2003, when he joined the Energomontaža company as the Bid Preparation Engineer in the Marketing Department. Over the years, he advanced in his career through various managerial positions in sales and project management – from the Project Manager for transmission lines in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, to Bid Manager specializing in complex tenders, to the position of the Director of Sales for the transmission line sector in 2019.
He graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Department of Electrical Power Systems. He is known for his meticulous approach, precision and strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of each project.
In his free time, Petronije enjoys chess, quizzes and good music. He relaxes with a book and sports broadcasts, and basketball is a special passion that he follows with great enthusiasm.

Milutin Nikolić has been the Director of Operations at the Kodar company since 2018, when he joined the team after more than two decades in the telecommunications sector. In this position, he plays a key role in operational part of the company – leading all project managers and coordinating the implementation of contracted works across Serbia and abroad.
He is responsible for achieving the financial and time-related objectives of projects, and through the daily guidance and supervision of his team, he ensures that all projects are executed professionally, with high quality and in accordance with the plans. He pays special attention to process optimization, communication with all project stakeholders and team development.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and during his career he additionally obtained an MBA in Finance. He is recognized for his dedication, strategic thinking and ability to successfully lead and motivate a team in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Miloš Dabović has been the Technical Director at Kodar company since 2022 and he is the principal authority for the management of all construction sites. With over a decade of experience within the company and in-depth knowledge of every aspect of construction execution, he is one of the key figures in the operational and strategic development of the Kodar Group.
He joined the company 13 years ago, starting his career as the Site Manager. In that position, he gained valuable experience in project leadership, coordination of the execution of works, and resolving of the on-site challenges. Over the years, his responsible and methodical approach earned him a reputation as a leader who understands all aspects of implementation – from concrete operational dynamics to the broader technical and strategic picture.
From the position of the Technical Director, Miloš manages the implementation of the most demanding and challenging infrastructure and energy projects. His focus is on professional, accountable and high-quality execution of works in accordance with the highest professional standards.
He is known for his calm demeanor, open communication and strong relationships with all levels of the organization – from field teams to management. He is recognized as a reliable mentor, a leader who is always accessible, attentive and quick to respond, providing steady support throughout every phase of project implementation.

Zorica Ilić has been the Director of the Design Department at the Kodar company since January 2024. In this role, she leads the design team and organizes the preparation of various types of technical documentation, ensuring that all processes are carried out professionally, responsibly and in accordance with the highest standards.
She began her career in 1999 at the computing center of PE EPS Elektrosrbija Kraljevo, after graduating from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. She joined the Kodar team in 2005, initially working as a responsible designer on the development of project documentation, and later as Head of the Design Department.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led numerous telecommunications and energy projects, working with both domestic and international partners. She is known for her dedication to teamwork, business process development and continuous improvement of the knowledge and capabilities of the people she works with.

Radoljub Jocić has been the Director of the Accounting Department at Kodar company since the establishment of this organizational unit and has been part of the team since since 2014. During his entire engagement in the company, he has been responsible for managing and supervising accounting and financial operations, consistently contributing to the development and stability of the financial system of Kodar.
He started his career in 1992, at the Goša Montaža company, where he spent fourteen years, primarily in the position of the Financial Director, and before that also as the Finance Officer and the Finance Manager. From 2006 to 2014, he was part of the Tehnicom Construction team, also in the position of the Financial Director, where he further developed his expertise in the field of financial management and accounting in the construction industry.
He holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in 1991. His decades-long experience in finance, systematic approach and consistency makes him a key pillar in the operational and strategic management of the company’s financial flows.

Marko Strika has been the Director of Procurement and Warehousing at the Kodar company since 2017. He is responsible for strategic management of procurement processes and logistical support. His role is to ensure efficient and reliable supply to all operational sectors, as well as timely and quality delivery of construction materials to project sites.
Before joining Kodar, Marko built a successful career in sales and management. He also worked as a director of one of the leading IT companies in Serbia.
Alongside his professional career, he was also active in sports for more than two decades. From 1995 to 2024, he worked as a professional basketball referee. His leadership style has been shaped by sports discipline, quick decision-making and working under pressure. Today, he is recognized as a reliable team player and an excellent negotiator.

Dragan Popović has been the Director of Transport at Kodar company since 2019 and has been part of the team since 2014. Over the years, he has progressed through various operational and managerial positions in the logistics and transport sector, building his career through intensive fieldwork and constant engagement in solving operational challenges.

Through direct involvement in all stages of the process – from planning and coordination to implementation and control – he developed a system today characterized by precision, reliability and high efficiency. He played a crucial role in optimizing the fleet, which includes a large number of passenger and freight vehicles, as well as construction machinery owned by the Kodar company. He introduced standardized procedures that significantly reduced operational costs, improved oversight and enhanced day-to-day functioning of the department.
He is known for his thorough work approach, strong focus on results and ability to remain composed, determined and team-oriented even in the most demanding situations.

Nela Prijović has held the position of the Director of Marketing and Communications Department at the Kodar company since 2024. She brings to this role over two decades of experience in marketing, corporate communications and retail, along with a strong focus on strategic brand positioning, process optimization, as well as the creation of sustainable business values.
Her professional career began in the FMCG industry, and she gained experience in leading international and domestic corporations such as Wrigley, Unilever, Podravka and NIS a.d. Over the years, she has successfully led numerous projects in the field of strategic marketing, brand management and integrated communications, always with a clear focus on results and business performance enhancement.
She is known for her dynamic work style, goal orientation, as well as commitment to the continuous development of – both the teams she leads and the organizations she works in.
She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
