Position Overview

In this role, you play a key part in the company’s daily operations — your task is to ensure efficient administrative support, well-organized documentation, and professional communication with employees, clients, and partners.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors at the company’s reception desk with a courteous and professional approach
  • Collecting, organizing, and registering business documentation while ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Receiving, logging, and sending mail, ensuring timely distribution of information
  • Entering invoices and other business documents into the NAV system
  • Organizing and maintaining the schedule of meeting rooms
  • Keeping records of assignments and usage of company vehicles
  • Coordinating delivery tickets and monitoring their execution

Requirements

To be successful in this position, it is important that you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office), with experience in the NAV system considered an advantage
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • A professional and responsible approach to clients and colleagues
